This category is designed as a space for humor, entertainment, and social bonding, where the StateGigs community can relax and enjoy quality time together.While we encourage "banter" and fun, the following rules apply to maintain a healthy environment:
Community & Content Guidelines:
- Discrimination & Hate Speech: Threads or comments that marginalize, polarize, or incite hatred based on Race, Religion, Gender, Sexual Orientation, Disability, or National Origin are strictly prohibited.
- Harassment & Bullying: Personal attacks, "doxing," or demeaning messages disguised as "humor" are not allowed. Attack the joke, not the person.
- NSFW & Adult Content: Sharing sexually explicit or obscene 18+ (NSFW) content is strictly prohibited.
- Regulated Substances: Do not post content promoting the sale, use, or distribution of tobacco, alcohol, or controlled substances that violate applicable state and federal laws. Users are responsible for knowing their local regulations.
- Provocation & Intentional Conflict: Creating "bait" threads to incite arguments is banned. Users who foster a toxic environment will be suspended. Their posts will be archived as a permanent link in their record, and repeat offenders may face additional restrictions.
- Profanity & Slurs: Excessive profanity, slurs, or derogatory visuals are prohibited. Violators will face suspension or permanent ban depending on severity. The final interpretation of 'excessive' is at the sole discretion of the StateGigs moderation team.
- Public Figures & Government: While political satire and criticism are permitted, credible threats of violence, targeted harassment, or content that violates U.S. Federal or State laws against government officials or public figures are strictly prohibited.
- Copyright & Piracy: Sharing links to pirated content (illegal sports streams, leaked movies, software cracks, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Copyright holders may submit DMCA Takedown Notices to our designated agent for removal of infringing content.
- Illegal Activities: Any discussion or promotion of illegal gambling, unlicensed betting, or activities violating U.S. Federal and State laws is banned, even if intended as a joke.

- Law Enforcement Cooperation: StateGigs will comply with official requests from the FBI, local police, or judicial authorities. Pursuant to our Privacy Policy and Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA), user data will be shared with authorities upon receipt of a valid legal warrant or subpoena.

- Service Provider Liability (Section 230): StateGigs acts as a Service Provider (Host) under 47 U.S.C. § 230(c)(1). Content and messages are generated by users in real-time without prior moderation. Our legal responsibility is limited to removing illegal content upon official notice and cooperating with law enforcement as required by law.
- Civil Discourse: As a community, we should strive for civility. We aim to replace "cancel culture" and online lynching with tolerance, polite debate, and mutual respect.
Enforcement: Depending on the severity of the violation, moderators may issue temporary or permanent bans from this category or the entire forum.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware. By using this platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in New Castle County, Delaware for any disputes arising from your use of this site.
