Welcome to StateGigs. By accessing our platform, registering an account, or purchasing any of our digital services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Platform Nature and Liability (47 U.S.C. § 230)
This site operates as an "interactive computer service" under 47 U.S.C. § 230(c)(1). We are not the publisher of user-generated content and are not liable for any statements or materials posted by users. StateGigs provides a platform for community discussion and local listings. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any user content, services, or items for sale. Users are strictly responsible for their own posts and transactions. If you choose to communicate or trade outside of this platform (e.g., Telegram, WhatsApp), you do so entirely at your own risk.
2. Digital Goods and "No Refund" Policy (Strictly Enforced)
StateGigs offers digital services, including but not limited to VIP memberships, Professional Ranks, and Account Upgrades.
All sales are final and non-refundable.
Because our services are digital and activated instantly upon payment, you expressly agree that you waive any right to a withdrawal period or a 14/30-day money-back guarantee. Once a rank or membership is applied to your account, the service is considered fully consumed.
3. Account Bans and Forfeiture of Purchases
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against scamming, fraud, and community rule violations. If your account is suspended, restricted, or permanently banned due to a violation of our rules (including disputes or scamming reports), you will immediately forfeit any active subscriptions, ranks, or VIP statuses.
You will not be entitled to a full or prorated refund for any banned account. Any attempt to bypass this via a payment dispute or chargeback will result in your details being permanently added to our public scammer directory.
4. Dispute Resolution
We provide a public Dispute Center for community safety. If you are reported for fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to display your digital identifiers (Username, Telegram ID, Email) publicly to protect other users. We do not intermediate financial refunds for off-site trades.
