New Member Requirements for Opening Commercial Threads:
  • The user must be a member for at least 1 month.
  • The user must have a minimum of 5 Trader score.
For new users who wish to start trading immediately without meeting the above requirements, they must purchase a 1-year Gold, Platinum, or Business membership to establish trust.

If you would like to purchase a Premium membership, you can do so online HERE. After purchase, the Premium membership will be automatically assigned to your account by the automation system, and you can start opening commercial threads in any category you wish.

If you prefer to pay via ACH or Wire Transfer instead of a credit card, please send a Direct Message to the @Admin.

Thread Creation Limits by Category:​

  • Regular members can open a maximum of 2 threads.
  • Bronze members can open a maximum of 3 threads.
  • Silver and Gold members can open a maximum of 4 threads.
  • Platinum members can open a maximum of 6 threads.
  • Business members can open a maximum of 7 threads.
  • Diamond members can open a maximum of 10 threads.

Weekly thread creation limits will be calculated by taking into account the total number of threads in both the main and subcategories for categories that have subcategories.​


Additional Information on Thread Creation Limits:​

  • In addition to the thread creation limits, an extra thread can be opened for each Category Ad, Featured Ad, or Banner Ad.
  • The additional threads opened corresponding to the number of advertisements can remain active for the duration of the advertisement period.
  • Threads will be automatically archived/closed by the system once the ad campaign expires. Users do not need to report them.
  • Opening multiple threads for the same topic is prohibited.

Platform Policies & Prohibited Content

To maintain a secure and compliant marketplace, all users must adhere to the following guidelines. Failure to comply may result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account.

1. Restricted Telecommunications & SIM Services

  • Prohibited Items: The sale, rental, brokerage, or solicitation of physical/virtual SIM cards, unauthorized/pre-registered phone numbers (domestic or international), and bulk SMS verification services is strictly prohibited.
  • Permitted Exceptions: Sales of data-only eSIMs are permitted.
  • Compliance: Legitimate sales of telecommunications services (e.g., toll-free (800/888) and local geographic business numbers) are permitted only by authorized dealers/resellers who provide official FCC and state PUC (Public Utilities Commission) documentation. All transfers must comply with applicable state and federal telecommunications regulations (47 CFR Part 52). Buyers must be able to verify their subscriptions through official carrier portals.

2. Sales & Listing Requirements

  • Transparency: All listings must include accurate product images and clear pricing. Images must be original and represent the actual item being sold.
  • Replica Policy: Sellers must explicitly disclose if a product is a replica or "look-alike." Failure to do so constitutes trademark infringement under the Lanham Act.
  • Illegal Content: Any product, service, or content that violates U.S. Federal or State laws is strictly prohibited.
  • Pre-Payment: Pre-payment for goods or services without clear delivery assurance is prohibited to prevent [reported claim].

3. Prohibited Goods & Services

The following categories are strictly forbidden for sale on the platform:
  • Regulated Substances: Tobacco products, e-cigarettes, nicotine liquids, and alcohol (subject to FDA and ATF regulations).
  • Travel & Loyalty: Airline miles, airline tickets, bus tickets, and non-transferable coupons.
  • Currency & Precious Metals: Gold sales and the use of cryptocurrencies as a payment method are strictly prohibited. Money Services Businesses (MSBs) require valid FinCEN registration.
  • Live Animals: The sale of any live animals is prohibited.
  • Secondary Market Restrictions: Ticket scalping (reselling tickets above face value) is prohibited.
  • High-Risk Content: Content related to adult entertainment (+18), illegal gambling, unauthorized proxy/VPN services, or any material deemed unlawful under U.S. law is strictly prohibited.
  • Government Documents: The sale of government-issued IDs, certificates, diplomas, or e-government verified documents is prohibited.
  • IMEI & Device Modification: Services offering IMEI unlocking, device registration manipulation, or methods to circumvent carrier locks are prohibited. Users must handle these directly with carriers or via FCC/CBP official channels.

4. International Hardware

  • Device Sales: Commercial-scale bulk sales of international (non-U.S. market) mobile devices are prohibited unless the seller holds a valid reseller permit.
  • Personal Devices: Individuals may list their own personal devices. All devices must comply with FCC RF radiation exposure standards (47 CFR § 2.1093). Sellers are responsible for ensuring devices are not blacklisted.

5. Intellectual Property & DMCA Compliance

  • Users are prohibited from posting content that infringes on any third party's copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
  • If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a notice to our Designated Agent in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using the site, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in New Castle County, Delaware for any disputes.
