We do not facilitate, guarantee, provide escrow services, or participate in the flow of payments for these transactions.
All threads and transactions within this category are the sole responsibility of the respective users. By participating, users acknowledge that their listings and transactions fully comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
The sharing of any listings, offers, solicitations, or content that violates U.S. Federal or State laws, including but not limited to regulations enforced by the FTC, FCC, SEC, or FinCEN, is strictly prohibited.
Activities including, but not limited to, illegal gambling, casino balance trading, chargeback/[reported claim] schemes, stolen payment information, unauthorized use of third-party accounts, bank or payment account "renting," unverified financial transfers, unlicensed payment services, money laundering, and any other unlawful activities are strictly prohibited.
Content, listings, accounts, or transactions deemed suspicious may be removed without notice, and associated user accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated.
When necessary, StateGigs.Com reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities by sharing information regarding suspicious transactions, content, or user activity.
StateGigs.Com is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising between users or with third parties resulting from transactions conducted on this platform.
Thread Creation Requirements
- Trust Verification: To trade digital codes or balances, users must hold an active 1-Year Platinum, Corporate, or Corporate Plus membership.
- Alternative Eligibility: If you do not hold a premium rank, your account must be at least 1 year old with a minimum of 50+ positive trade ratings. Exceptions may be granted at the sole discretion of the Administration.
Thread Creation Limits
- Standard Limit: Regardless of membership status, users may have a maximum of 2 active standard threads.
- Advertising Perks: For each Category Ad, Featured Ad, or Banner Ad purchased, you are permitted one additional thread.
- Duration: Threads created via advertising perks remain active for the duration of the ad campaign.
- Deactivation: Upon the expiration of your advertising period, the associated threads will be automatically archived/closed by the system. Users do not need to report them.
Additional Rules & Prohibited Financial Activities
- Credit/Debit Card Services: The liquidation or "cashing out" of credit cards, credit card points, or meal vouchers is strictly prohibited.
- Financial Services: The liquidation of mobile carrier billing, utility bill payment schemes, and store-specific gift card liquidation (e.g., store credit cashing out) is prohibited.
- Cryptocurrency: All forms of cryptocurrency trading, exchange, transfers, or use as a payment method are strictly prohibited.
- Banking Compliance: The transfer or liquidation of credit limits, bank balances, or financing products is prohibited.
- Virtual Cards: All transactions involving virtual payment cards (e.g., VCC) are prohibited, whether via private message or public thread.
FEDERAL COMPLIANCE NOTICE:The financial activities listed above (card liquidation, billing schemes, unlicensed money transmission) are closely monitored by FinCEN, the FBI, and the U.S. Department of Treasury. StateGigs.Com actively reports suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities. Violators will be permanently banned and may face federal prosecution.
Security & Best Practices
- Remote Access Best Practice: For transactions involving prepaid electronic vouchers, sellers are strongly advised to use trusted remote desktop software (e.g., TeamViewer or AnyDesk) to facilitate the transfer on the buyer's device. StateGigs.Com does not mandate this method and assumes no liability for any data loss, theft, or privacy breaches that may occur during remote sessions. Users who choose this method do so at their own risk.
- General Compliance: The trade of adult (+18) content, illegal materials, gambling-related services, or any other items violating U.S. law is strictly prohibited.
- Best Practices: Users are strongly advised to review our Trade Security Guidelines before proceeding with any transaction.
